Chambers Heating And Cooling were so friendly and did an outstanding job fixing our furnace expeditiously! We called them this morning and and Joe one of their best specialist arrived just hours later to fix our furnace! He explained what was wrong with our furnace, fixed it, and gave sound advice about future maintenance. They were significantly cheaper than any other company that I received quotes from. Thanks guys for being spot on professional and making the experience quick and easy.
I just purchased my first home a few days ago and had a furnace issue right away. I called calibrating air first thing in the morning and they had a technician there within two hours of the initial call. The technician was both friendly & knowledable. He diagnosed the problem quicky and had me up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend Chambers Heating And Cooling company to a friend.
Excellent company. Competitive pricing for a new Trane heat pump. I could set my watch with the punctuality of each appointment commitment. Office team was friendly and helpful. Proposal appointment was terrific, answering my many questions patiently and informatively. Installation team were awesome with their dedication and efforts for a quality install. Final inspection team were very thorough and responsive to my questions about the new thermostat that I am sure could launch space crafts.
I always request Joe as he has proven over the years to be very good and very professional working for a very good company. They are not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for. He shares both good and bad news in a very consistent manner. Have annual contract and paid for itself one Sunday last winter when furnace shut down. Was very cold in house. I have been a loyal customer for over years. Chambers Heating And Cooling company and its employees are professional in every way. They always show up on time. They call before they arrive. They give explanations on what they are doing and why. They let me know what I can do after they leave and the easiest way to accomplish that. They are polite, respectful and courteous on the phone. This is just an all-around good company.
