I am absolutely furious with this company! I was told over the phone by a scheduling coordinator that sessions would be covered by my insurance so I filled out the paperwork and started scheduling my sessions (I wouldn’t have scheduled anything if they weren’t covered) NOW I am being charged for my sessions and it is basically impossible to get a hold of someone to fix it and get a refund.
