Cakes, pastries and sandwiches deserved an A+, lines and waiting time D-. The only down side of their costumer service is their policy about letting you order an specific item at a time depending on the line your in. They would not let you order pastries if you are in the cake line or vice versa (pastries are located right next to the cakes).
