We arrived a few minutes late for our appointment. They left us sitting there for 40 minutes and then showed up with some pieces of cake briefly told us what each one was instead of taking the time to experience the flavors with us they just walked away and never came back. The books they gave us to look at where all torn and wrinkled with pictures of cakes of all kinds mostly for somebody's 15th special traditional day. Love this bakery I have only their cakes and food at my parties and get together I been goin since I was 19 yrs old now that I have a family I've been taking them since they were born I'm 47 now I tell everyone I know about portos I love that they're expanding 💕💕💕💕💕
The Food their is great the costumer service is also, BUT the WAITING IN A LONG LINE SUCKS! 20min or more...so if your going and you are in a rush plan ahead give yourself so time.
They pretty much can't screw anything up. Everything is delicious.
