Definitely need zero stars . My friend moved in and 1 hr later after moving in an obscene amount of roaches actually came out everywhere none stop. We actually killed more then 50 roaches in less then 1 hr .. she left the apt and slept in her car the first night and turned key in the next morning and did not receive her deposit of $1,670 after not occupying the apt. Awful. I got charged over 3k and I live in the midwest. Can't call them when they open. Glad I caught their charge and have them blocked. They don't open at the time said so its pretty bad half the country away and i even know they are stupid. When I called to tell them the false charges they wanted nothing to do with it as "only if we are accused " blah blah. Service is even severely bad.
There is NO SECURITY HERE!!! My car was broken into twice within 6 months, and the second time they almost successfully hotwired it to steal it. It cost me $2500 in damage. Lots of neighbors have said their cars were vandalized and/or stolen too! Google 89107 crime rates and see that you'll be living in one of the densest crime areas in Las Vegas, and there is NO security. No one patrolling at night. Nothing!! This apartment complex is amazing. The apartment setup inside is comfy and spacious. It's very quiet and you don't hear kids running back and forth. The parking lot is always clean. The pool is beautiful and there are no roaches. They pickup the trash if there is any. Office staff is very respectful and professional. Beth, the office manager was awesome and she answered all my questions. Maintenance is in and out and the job is well done. The patio is my favorite place. Really nice complex, highly recommend.
