I have been a tenant at Portola west for a year now never late on my rent and the admin staff Fabiola! in particular have been my biggest regret moving here. Admin has proven to be the most unprofessional , forgetful, unhelpful pertaining to documentation and conveying of tenant information, and just down right rude individuals, I’ve ever encountered in the leasing industry. PLEASE READ!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! So we have been living in a unit for LESS then 2 weeks! Since then we found out are windows are made out of plexiglass, wall outlets are loose and falling out, we found mold in the ceiling and walls and to top it off we had water destroy our stuff as the roof almost caved in!! No I'm not over exaggerating! They have also entered our home without our permission to hide the mold they and we found and they deny it. Portola is s nice Property with such friendly office staff always there to answer your questions in all you need . And are kind about it as well as to their onsite technicians shout out to hardworking friendly ANDY! Always handles service orders efficiently as well answers all your questions or concerns you might have in regards to your issue reported . best decision i made was moving to Portola for a fresh start . Thank you for making me feel at home . Blessings definitely recommend
I’ve lived in this apartment for over four years. The management sucks. They’re rude. They don’t help you with anything. They talk down to you. They don’t fix anything. Everything is falling apart. They allow some people to do certain things and not others. They swear one minute, they’re on the parking towing cars the next minute they don’t care what you do.
