I have lived at Portola Senior Apartments for eight years. In that time we have had two different owners and two two different management companies. There is nothing particularly good about living here. The present management company is horrible. As the name implies, this is a senior/disabled community, yet the manager here has school age children. I have lived in the Portola Senior Apts for about 10 years. When it was under the previous owners the complex and manager were terrible. In March of 2019 the complex was sold. It wasn't easy at first they came in aggressive and it seemed they were going to be like the previous owners. They have completely renovated the complex. I like the changes for the most part.
