Been here for 6 years. Absolutely no issues ever. Until current management and maintenance took over. They are horrible. Absolutely horrible. I had to go to them to even get a lease renewal. Took them nearly 4 months to get my billing correct. Maintenance is slow. They let the family that was literally kicked out back. The whole place has turned to trash and I cannot wait until my lease is up.
this place has the worst work team they are rude and racist especially the administrator of the complex is very easy to identify that disgusting fat woman. Do not dare to rent there because they will regret it.

One day when I look for me a place I'm about come and check it out the place I drove by their alot of times and it's a beautiful apartments my favorite thing is the stair bars are so cute and I love it.
At time of move in told carpet was brand new. After 2 months stains were showing up everywhere. Asked managers and got dismissed about the whole situation. Now cleaning them myself and water is straight black. Add on top of that rent was advertised at $725 a month. Now paying close to $850.
I've lived in a few different apartments in the area and by far they stand above the rest. The staff is very friendly any repairs get done right away. I live downstairs I never hear the upstairs neighbor!! Very happy here.
