Terrible experience. Moved into a dirty unit with mold in the shower. And when I told Kristi, the former building manager, all she said was “oh those are just cosmetic issues, is there anything else?” Excuse me? Mold is not a cosmetic issue. The new managers, Yolanda and Brianna, were worse. They were incredibly rude and have horrible communication skills. They raised my rent over 10% without prior notice. Huge thanks to Yolanda and Brianna for all there efforts and support. They made things super fast and easy. Definitely would recommend Portola meadows very nice environment.

I moved here two years ago. The unit was not cleaned at all. There was dust everywhere, the carpet was dirty and the bathtub was filthy. They also left the AC running and I had to pay over $200 in utilities. After a year, they raised the rent over 10 percent without any prior notice. Most of the equipment in the gym is broken or not functional. The pool and the pool area was filthy for the majority of my stay there. Communication with the office is abysmal. First and foremost, I would like to thank Yolanda and Brianna. From the moment I first came to tour the apartment through the leasing process and move-in, they were always kind, helpful, and responsive to any questions or needs I had. Although the exterior of the apartment community may look a bit older, I believe the interiors and amenities are very well maintained by the apartment management team.
