The staff spends all day stirring up drama rather than fixing it! I never gave them a problem but they wanna give me them! Water pressure has gone down so bad the dishwasher that hasn't worked in 6 years works even worse... showers and sink pressure in the bathroom are terrible... and when I number 2 I gotta try 4 times on average for it to go down!!! But they wanna spend time worried about cars and cigarette smokers!!! For as many years as I have been here I'd expect a little respect and under new management there is none!
The lease renewal process was very easy, and most of it can be conveniently accomplished online. Filling out the renewal application form was also straightforward.
I moved into Portola Meadows 6/2/2026 and regret it every day. My landlord utilities are out of control each month with 2 different account numbers. I filed a work order on my bath fan in early June and they came a few days ago and cleaned it, but it’s still loud. My unit was not move in ready or clean! I have to listen to someone’s loud exhaust system every time the person starts his car. Between the hot water heater problems and cockroaches in my apt I’m not happy.
