Stood for 10 minutes and no one came to greet or sit us. Servers constantly made eye contact with us. We were 2.5 hours before closing and the place wasn't that busy. The least they could have done is let us know what the delay was in setting up patrons, or let us know they wouldn't serve us. We're people of color so I'll let readers of this review draw their own conclusion. We were looking to try authentic Italian cuisine in our neighborhood with our guests from Jersey. We took them to Austin ST instead.

Deserves Michellin star! From welcoming host to mouth-watering food, I've had a fantastic experience! While everything on the menu is great, I highly recommend their pizzas and desserts! If I lived close by, I would visit it everyday

I haven't been here in years, upon returning I feel it's a much better place. Service was great and food was excellent. Great experience.

Food is pretty good but the service and ordering in is a disaster. I called to place an order for pick up, was on hold for 5 mins. Decided to try online. Placed an order on seamless (owned by DoorDash). Order says 7:02 pickup. Show up at 7:10. They say they don’t have the order and they aren’t on door dash. I show them the receipt. No dice. Have the same conversation with 3 different people and decide to leave and cancel my order.

Portofino is under new ownership and was completely renovated with 3 elegant dining rooms and superior Italian cuisine. The menu and staff remain the same, but the quality got even better. We loved the hot antipasto platter, beet salad, and farfalle with broccoli rabe and sausage.
