Portofino Apartments is (slightly) improving I have been living in these apartments for about 7 years now, I have been through many managers, many neighbors, and many other experiences. When I first moved in,the property was called "Parkview", the neighborhood was very quiet, the property was owned by Lion (or Lyon?) Management, and the management team did a great job at keeping up the property. Then the property was taken over by MG Properties, which we then received a new management team.
