If you’re thinking of moving here I would highly advise you don’t. Ride through the complex on the weekend & look at all the trash that is piled outside the compactor. You will not get a trash can for valet trash but will pay for it with your rent. The patios are unsafe. The units are disgusting at move in. Management refuses to fix anything & then calls you difficult because you won’t all them to treat you any old way. I lived at this complex for three years and i have no complaints. Alex and his team are great! Always on site during business hours and always quick to resolve any issues when it comes to maintenance. It’s a pretty quiet community and the pools and gym are nice and clean as well. Five stars!!!
I’ve had such a great experience here, and a big part of that is thanks to the amazing team. Alex the property manager, is always professional, helpful, and truly cares about the residents. Kimberly is incredibly hands-on and attentive—honestly couldn’t ask for a better manager. You can tell he takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. I rented here from 3/25 to 3/26, sadly I was disappointed with management and maintenance. I loved the layout of my apartment but the children there are disrespectful and never supervised. Couldn’t even enjoy the screened porch because of the children. When reported to management I was told to bad! Gentleman property manager is too good to speak with renters. Couldn’t enjoy the pool due to constantly be closed! I wouldn’t recommend this place!
