This place has A LOT of potential. It is near everything, especially the beach. I am just trying to figure out WHY our rent went up $135.00 MORE? It should have gone up no more than $50.00 and we will be calling Corporate about it. We have been here almost 4 years, no way the rent should have gone up that much for us and those whom have been here at the same length of time.
