This place is not only beautiful, but the staff there is amazing everybody so attentive very nice. Monica help me every step of the way. very nice, clean, quiet community very family orientated and I love that the staff is always like there to answer your questions. Answer your call. I want to thank both Monica & Tom, our Management team for all the work they do and the speed in which they respond to our issues. My husband & I have been residents since March 2025 so we are pretty new to this community and are happy so far! I also want to thank our Maintenance team, Mike, Jose, Adrienne for all they do. They have been very positive and responsive. There’s always much to do around the complex and they seem to do things with a smile! Thanks again! 😀
Acabo de mudarme a Portofino, primero en administración todos muy cordiales, Mónica nos hizo el proceso súper expedito y fácil, siempre en contacto y resolviendo todas nuestras dudas, un amor, los departamentos me encantan, son espaciosos y bien mantenidos, sin dudas fue una buena decisión.
2/5/23(update): Quick shot out to Howard from maintenance! Had a work order submitted and he completed in a timely fashion. He is knowledgeable, friendly, makes sure we understand what he did and doesn't leave till all our questions are answered! Glad he is one of the team here. Also management once again on 2/1/23 gave a wonderful Wind Down Wednesday get together.
