We lived at Portofino for 8 months, and our experience was truly exceptional. The community is very peaceful and well-maintained. Jorge and the rest of the maintenance team were always attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything, and Monica was amazing as well. She was always supportive, communicative, and made everything feel easy. We recently moved out because we purchased a home, and Monica kindly helped us with the lease transfer to the new tenants, which made the process so much smoother. The parking situation could be better. But very nice place otherwise. Monica was a pleasure to deal with and I’m very happy with my unit and love the garage space!
I've been living at Portofino for 2 years and I can confidently say it is a very safe and quiet place to live. The apartments are spacious and confortable and every unit has its own private garage which is a big plus. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. Great neighbors and the staff is always there to help in whatever need you have. Highly recomended
I find this place very pleasant.Only.Problem is traffic in the area.Beautiful placevery enjoyable , you will love it
