Great place to call home. Nice and Quiet and tucked away for privacy.
Update: This place used to be as wonderful as my original review below however, recent changes and decisions made by corporate is changing my outlook for this complex. These changes include lowering rent on the website to compete with others in the area but now charging for the ATTACHED garage. There is no way to rent a unit without the garage as that's the design of the unit, like a condo or townhomes, so you are forced to now pay the hidden fee. From the first day touring the property to the day we moved in, I had nothing but the most wonderful interactions with the staff. Everyone is very positive and willing to help. The complex and apartment is perfect to my liking and am so happy to call this place home.
UPDATE: 1/7/2025: There is no way that PORTOFINO has 4 1/2 star rating!! Either they are giving residents a discount off their rent or letting tenants move out sooner without penalties if they give a great review! Just know that when I posted my 1 star review and posted pictures on Portofino Google and Facebook posts that they get these 2 glory reviews praising Gena ?All I can say as of December 8,2022 is DO NOT RENT HERE! Outstanding place to live! We have been residents for over 2 years and absolutely love it. The community is safe, we love the floor plan and attached garages that feel like your own place and less like living in an apartment. The property is well maintained, clean, and has a veggie garden I love. Mike and Brittany in the office are very responsive and keep it running smoothly.
