2/5/23(update): Quick shot out to Howard from maintenance! Had a work order submitted and he completed in a timely fashion. He is knowledgeable, friendly, makes sure we understand what he did and doesn't leave till all our questions are answered! Glad he is one of the team here. Also management once again on 2/1/23 gave a wonderful Wind Down Wednesday get together. I wanted to thank the Maintenance crew for all their hard work they do on a daily basis!! I recently moved in June and there was some work needed on my unit being the previous maintenance manager did not handle adequately. But Mike and Adrian jumped right in and responded to my concerns and handle everything professionally and as needed. The Maintenance here thus far has been on top of it and the grounds look great .
