Actually kind of scared of moving in I got approved to move in on the 21st however I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone since then no one answers the phones and I can’t seem to talk to anyone thinking I may just cut my losses and move into another Townhouse I was looking at.
Since the last 5 month we requesting and coming to the office, But you don’t pay any attention to the customers’ needs at all — we are completely disappointed with this department. Many people have asked me to find an apartment in this building, but I advise them not to. The rental or lease process here is very complicated and causes a lot of problems.”
Refusal to fix front door jam, kitchen sink,dishwasher, flooring in unit and widow in living room has openings that allow outside air in.
As a tenant that has lived her for almost 5 years my experience here has been very up and down for the last 3 years. Leasing office is never available or answers the phone and it's gotten worse since they merged with the neighboring apartments. However, what's extremely unsettling for me is that for some reason maintenance or random contractors keep trying to walk into my apartment without knocking or warning.
