I’ve lived here for two years. The location is great — very calm and quiet, top floor, and all my windows face the forest, which I absolutely love. Maintenance is also very responsive and friendly, no complaints there. The apartment itself feels like it’s falling apart sometimes. Almost every month something breaks/happens— doors, AC (multiple times), appliances, new cracks in the walls and bathtub, mold, ant colony invasion through cracks or socets, etc. I knew it wasn’t brand new when I moved in, but over time the constant... read more

Timothy has great customer service. Always a pleasure going to the office to see him always smiling with a positive attitude and very respectful and knowledgeable.
I needed a place asap, came to tour with Timothy he was amazing, very nice, amazing tour, moved in, love how everything was handled
From a General contractors perspective, Mike has been superb on working with us and directing to address any repairs they have going on
