If you want to rent an apartment at Portofino, make sure it’s on the third floor if you want peace and quiet. Many tenants are still wondering why the new company, Hilltop Residential, decided to install hard flooring on the second and third floors. You can hear everything — footsteps, jumping, loud conversations, and when something falls on the floor, it sounds like thunder. Ashley is god sent! Her energy is sooooo vibrant and inviting myself and my significant other felt so comfortable before we even got to the tour! Tracy’s personality contributes to the atmosphere definitely mirrors the energy of the property. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Tracey & Ashley both had great energy. Felt very welcomed & gave a great impression for the community.
