Used to be really good when it was under Providence ownership. Since being purchased and run by Hilltop in Dec/Jan I’ve had nothing but problems. I’m paying a lot more in unexplained “community fees”, I’ll pay the balance in full every month but then on my account it shows I have a new unpaid balance. Trash is AWFUL, compactors are over flowing more often and the ramp is filled with trash, neighbors are dirty and leaving bikes and belongings in the hallways, pet waste stations rarely have bag mow and trash isn’t emptied ofte... read more
I would like to thank shaileny ovtiz who gave us a tour of the community. She was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and showed us the model apartment with great professionalism. What stood out most was how she genuinely looked for what would make us feel comfortable and meet our needs. Excellent experience!
