I am giving 3 stars because the leasing office were very nice and answered any questions I had the apartment was very nice and spacious but after reading these reviews makes me kinda of hesitant to apply especially about Roach infestation that is concerning
Dave is an awesome maintenance, hands down
I like David. Every time he comes to my apartment for a maintenance request repair he is polite, patient and respectful.
Great staff especially the staff David he is very nice and funny and helpful and makes everyone laugh including my kids
Johnathan in the management department, handles the apartments as if it where is own. Listens to our needs and fills them in compliance to his job. At first I was looking very heavily on another place to live. Since he's been here i haven't been happier. I am looking forward to living a long time here and the only way I'll move, is to buy my own home. I wish he could be our manager especially since he takes such good care of our needs. Apt 146
