The servers are very nice and the atmosphere is pleasant and light. I had the brunch shrimp and grits with tasso and it was wonderful!
I had reservations for a party of 22 and the service received by far second to none!! From booking with the manager on Thursday to walking out of the door Saturday, everyone was pleasant,personable, and professional. The waitress was phenomenal, which usually doesn't happen with large parties. And everyone was definitely pleased with the food!! Thanks again for making my 45th birthday celebration an enjoyable event!!
This is one of my favorite restaurants. My husband is vegan and they prepare a special pasta and vegetable dish for him. We go there once a week and I have never had bad service. The bread is so good. I always get the Jag salad with fried crawfish and I have never been disappointed.
very poor service today at lunch. even though we told the server we were on our lunch hour after 45 minutes from order, no food. then when questioned there was no apology or sense of urgency. we asked for the manager. another 15 minutes on the food. he was a no show and when asked the server said he was too busy. we asked her for the bill and he comped the meal. are we to think he'd rather throw away sales/profit instead of talk to us? not much business sense in that. food was good but was so rushed we didn't notice. owners,... read more
