It took a decent time to get an appointment, which isn’t a problem if I am waiting for a doctor that gives me the time of day. Dr.Portney was lazy and outdated. He took one look at my bloodwork and instead of trying to find what he thinks my issue was, instead spent the time telling me what he didn’t think I had. Have no sense of guidance, and was extremely passive after finding history of mental illness. He did one test and passed me along after that cleared. Very fortunate that I have found dr. Portney ! I have my life back ! Other rheumatologist did not have clue or will to help ! Stuff is also amazing
I am very happy with Dr. Portney and the staff at Newland Medical.
Do not recommend going here at all. Super poor patient services. Impossible to get scripts refilled through this office. Overall bad experience.
