I have a brilliant surgeon I've had great experience with every department I've been to. But when you're promised 3 days before surgery a TIME for the procedure and you have 12 hours left and you still don't have a time!? That's not putting your patience health first! I'm very frightened now, it's just so gettho and trashy.
It was so nice to have a surgeon take time to explain and talk to me. I felt Dr McRoberts listen to my concerns and was not rushed like so many in the medical field.
