They wouldn't even talk to me about my case because their office policy was that a case had to be less than 3 weeks old and the person had to be in physical therapy. My child's car accident occurred 3.5 weeks ago, and my child wouldn't start physical therapy until her back fracture was completely healed. I thought that was an unusual policy. It made me feel like they only took cases they thought were easy for them.
