Elizabeth provided exceptional customer service when she went out of her way to help me find a blazer in my size. Even though the store didn’t have it in stock, she took the initiative to check another location, secure the item, and put it on hold for me. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist made the experience smooth and stress-free.
If I could give zero stars I would but I have to give one star. Today I had dresses bought on line from Portmans website. The zippers on the dresses were faulty/damaged. I removed the dresses tags. I went to Hornsby Portmans to get a refund or store credit on the dresses but the store manager Carlota refused to do anything as the dress tags were removed. So I have lodged with fair trade. Disappointed in the customer service and I will never be buying from Portmans again, they lost a valued customer. I just want my refund hop... read more
