Very disappointing experience at Portmans Carousel. From the beginning, promotions were unclear — a 30% + $75 off offer was advertised but I was told only the $75 off applied. Later, signage and the website showed 40% off pants, yet I was told it was only 30%. If everything had been clear and honest from the start, I wouldn’t have had to keep going back and forth. Nikki - a customer service weapon!
The two ladies working on 31/12/25, Robyn and Georgia, were simply wonderful!! Super nice and polite, I am very grateful to both of them for their assistance! Plus the store was very neat, tidy and organised, even though it was super busy & sales time. 10/10 excellent!
Georgia and Nikki were lovely! So chatty and so helpful helping me choose work clothes. Highly recommend them for anyone needing assistance with style!
Friday, October 3, 2025 @ about 4:40pm. The lady that served us was nice but the other lady (older lady) that works there was so rude to my husband. I was trying on a dress and I asked my husband to get another size and this lady talked to my husband in a very condescending tone that he can’t be on that area.
