If I could give a negative rating, I surely would. I had my house for sale this last summer and a viewing was scheduled. It was 45 minutes before the appointed time. Suddenly I hear someone rattling my front door. Scared the living crap out of me. I go to the front door and ask through the door what they want. We thought for sure at any point Annie Rose was going to suggest we reevaluate our priorities or find another realtor. Instead, after showing us a number of houses you could count on ten hands she remained patient, supportive, and responsive. She had a masterful understanding of how to write a good offer and helped us make the right decision even if it meant walking from the sale. Best Group in Portland metro to work with. I recently had the chance to work with Dawn and Dominic and could not have had a better experience. I was referred to Dawn, and from the moment we met I knew I was in good hands. She knows the area so well and gave me guidance and advice along the way that helped at every stage of the process, from tours, to offers, to closing. Happily have my first home in large part because of Dawn, and got a friend in the process too. Great team and experience working with Portlandia all and all!
