We checked in for a one night stay at 7pm and left the next day at 11am. This room had been newly renovated. The next day we see two extra charges on our credit card. One for $200 and another for $300. We go back to the hotel to ask why. We are taken to the room and shown an area approx 2 inches long on headboard. Not obvious to us at all as we when we were there the room was dark and damage was near the top. The vinyl had been gashed open with something that we could not possibly have had.
