Joel was really quick on getting me scheduled with one of employees (Doug) to checkout my problem. The day of my appointment I got a call from Doug saying that he was going to 15 minutes late, when Doug arrived he found and fixed the problem I was having with my blinds. The service Joel and Doug provided was great
