I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this company was so disappointing that I feel obligated to share it. My husband and I visited the showroom on November 1st to choose fabric and a curtain rod. We were told that the designer was on vacation and would return in a week. Fine — we waited. A week passed, no updates, no communication. Great customer service great installer great communication with customers. I love hunter douglas blinds I think there worth the money. They last long time. I would highly recommend them. I went to the show room to look at new coverings. Everyone is friendly. There good at helping you choose colors also. Highly recommend using them you won’t be disappointed
