It seems to be getting harder to find exemplary service today, but when I see it I want to spread the word. We had our entire house fitted with shades from Portland Window Coverings almost 6 years ago. Recently one of them stopped working correctly. We reached out to the company and they came out yesterday to check out the problem. Joel explained that the shade needed a new part and took it in for service. Portland Window Coverings recently completed installing new shades throughout our house. We have translucent to full black out and manual to fully automated types. Joel and Christine did a great job of walking us through the wide range of selections. We knew what we wanted which narrowed the choices some. I recommend PWC for a large job, they will help you figure it out.
