I'll go where they appreciate my business
Always enjoy working with the parts department. However this time it was a little complicated. The computer generated a message that I had to pick up the part and we are stationed in Germany. So I ordered the part here in Germany. The parts department had mailed it already but the shipping was as much as the parts and I was not made aware of that prior to shipping.
