Kristen and her service team are amazing. I brought in my 2019 Volvo in today to be Serviced. I always get a loaner which is Super convenient. I had a conversation with Kristin today regarding the age of my vehicle and whether or not I should get a newer one. Kristin didn’t try to sell me a new vehicle. She only praised the quality of Volvo’s and they have solid dependability records with scheduled maintenance.! I have been a client at Portland Volvo for more than 20 years. I have bought, traded and serviced my cars there. I am always impressed with the genuine care they provide.
