All the staff is apparently allergic to rabbits. Do they really think people are that stupid? Just say you only treat cats and dogs upfront.
The dermatology office has unfortunately become less connected with pet owners since the departure of their previous veterinarian. The new veterinarian, Dr. C, is recently graduated, which I initially thought would be a positive change. However, the lack of engagement and listening skills has negatively impacted the relationship with pet owners. I have visited this office numerous times and would advise seeking care elsewhere. You can tell that the workers at the specialty clinic truly love animals. I am so grateful that we took my cat Nelson here because I left feeling so much less scared about our plan to treat his cancer. The oncologist Dr. Mason is honest, highly experienced, empathetic, and passionate about her work, and I am so thankful that we got a vet like her who seems to genuinely care about what she does.
