I cannot say enough good things about the team at PVESC IN Portland. From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, compassionate, and patient. The entire staff was outstanding. Very satisfied. Both the doctor and vet tech took ample time with me and my dog. They explained every detail of his condition and treatment to me and were very patient.
I brought my Great Dane, Wick, to Dr. Charbonneau after a really bad experience at a dermatologist in NH. Dr. Charbonneau has been absolutely wonderful. He’s compassionate, patient, and caring. Most of all, he’s done a lot to help my baby, Wick, who also suffers from immune mediated polyarthropathy (IMPA). I’m so thankful that I found Dr. Charbonneau. Thanks for being the best dermatology team, PVES!
As always, great care for Roxy. The time taken to explain everything to us and looking after Roxy who is reactive, is always a comfort. Mary was fantastic. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and everyone was great towards Roxy who is reactive in new situations and new people, The staff are the best part of the PVESC
We feel we are in good hands with PVESC. Dr. Charbonneau spent plenty of time with us, going over his findings and discussing options for our dog's care. Also, Becca has been so great to work with, and remembered us from our last dog who used to see another specialist. She has always been very helpful from scheduling to the appointments.
