The City of Portland and surrounding area's are extremely fortunate to have such Knowledge and Caring Dr Rafael Fontanez. He was kind enough to see us in an emergency situation. Glad we found him during our out of town visit to Port Aransas . He Diagnosed and treated our 12 year old Yorkie so we were able to get her home safely. Thank You Dr Rafael! You are truly the Best. We moved here from Crosby, TX. One week after our arrival and while staying in a hotel our 18 year old poodle needed immediate emergency attention. I found this wonderful doctor in a pinch and I am so glad I did. We LOVE him and his staff. Now all 3 of furbabies go to him. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our babies!
