They treated every person in pain as a drug addict. They are quick to call police on you for nothing. I reported them doctor and nurse whom abused me to the patient advocate and they opened up a criminal case against them. I've had 2 cops tell me on separate visits there, that they feel bad for us Veterans cause we get treated badly there. Oh and all the doctors and nurses gossip about patients In the hallway and laugh. I've reported them over this too. They're the most unprofessional and cruel of any staff. Was trying to get ahold of the ER to ask about wait times before leaving a really long wait time where I’m at, operator refused to transfer me, and transferred me to nurse advice line saying that they don’t do that and that they’re busy taking care of people. Still. I think it was a simple question to be treated like my question was irrelevant. Never been there before and won’t be going if this is what my Va benefits look like
