Irresponsible manager They’re are quick to get people moved in but you’re on your own after that, when I moved in there were lights out, the carpet was stained from the last tenants and the tile is all cracked from what I’m guessing was an old leak in the toilet. I was told maintenance would have it all taken care of, and it was never mentioned again.

Great place, and location Staff and maintenance staff are great, nice apt. Layouts , extra storage, good parking, safe area to be in, if rent stays the same I'll be here for quite awhile, oh. And washer an dryer are in units. THANKS Jerry B.

Terrible management I applied over a year ago and I was told in January that my application was next to be processed and if I met all requirements, I’d be able to move in by end of February or beginning of March. Never heard anything back so I kept calling and calling. Dealt with them for months about my app. And there was a point where no one answered the phone for 3 weeks and never returned any calls. Bedbugs The office was nice enough but I did get bed bugs from the apartment below. They treated and offered me an out of my lease but it was such a pain and I had to get rid of my bed. Be cautious!
