Excellent service and staff Service department is excellent. I had taken my car to another dealer for repair. They had my car all day and were unable to diagnose the problem and I was charged two hours of labor. This dealer diagnosed and repaired my problem in less than an hour. I would recommend them to anyone.
Horrible Service Had a horrible experience with the service department at Portland Saab! They are very unprofessional, and grossly overpriced! $90 for and oil change! The only work we will ever have done there will be under warranty.
