I paid for Invisalign and had some ill fitting bottom trays due to a possibly ankylosed tooth. What ensued was a total run around. Any time I called it was " give us more time to review your case." I came in for a couple appointments and was just turned away. Luckily I was able to transfer my Invisalign case to another orthodontist who was able to complete the treatment. No run around. Incredible place with quality care!
I hate to leave this review, partly because I was so impressed with Dr Miller previously, and also because the new dentist did nothing wrong, but I was not pleased with my last experience. Dr Miller had fixed a broken wire a year earlier that another dentist had failed to repair four times, and the office charged me a very reasonable price (I had shopped around for a quote). This was the best experience with a dentist I have ever had. I have been afraid of the dentist since I was a kid and put off going. Dr. Paxton and his staff were so great. I am going to get Invisalign with Dr. Vo as soon as I finish getting my cavities done. My whole family will be seeing Dr. Paxton. He understood my fear and now he is stuck with me! Thank you thank you!
Super cool staff. Loved the new doctor and team. They answered all my questions and gave me honest answers about the office. Dr. Vo buying this practice was the best thing that could have happened to my teeth!
