I have lived here for about a month so far. I have found it to be a clean, well kept complex. It is on a major street, but is across the street from the park. He’s quiet and our neighbors are exceptional. The pricing is good for the area and maintenance is wonderful. Kay and Tony in the office are very nice. Edit: It went downhill fast. I moved very shortly after leaving this review. It’s really sad how many landlords think that maintaining the property is optional. As a note: fleas and roaches. Yeah…

You can never find parking after 8 o'clock. You have to park everywhere else. but in parking spots.
Been living here for 2 years .. WORST Place ever to live . They are bug INFESTED (bed bugs and roaches) and literally don’t help with anything . They put random notes on doors about irrelevant things but when I put in a maintenance order, they do not show up or say that they do when I’ve been home all day and I know that they have not. Would NOT RECOMMEND anybody to live here. Also their “pest control” does not control anything just bring bugs out worst.
