The problem was a gutter leaking and water running down a window on the second floor. Oregon Gutter services quickly responded to my call and sent Jose to check out the leak. Jose knew exactly how to fix the leak, and double checked that he fixed the leak by using a hose to run water in the gutter. No more leak!! Jose came out and evaluated a downspout leak issue; turns out the vertical drain section was just at the wrong height; so he just fixed it on the spot in about 15 minutes, and didn’t even charge me. 🤯
The estimator was very knowledgeable and suggested and discussed options for my repair. Communication with then office was prompt and easy.
