Horrible with communication. Lots of discrimination and harassment from both neighbors and management since day one. Could be just us and if so I wonder what their problem is and would love to hear about it.
Hello current resident here 10+Years . All I have to say is that Rosa is amazing not only is she bilingual but communication with her is easy and within reasonable timeframe . Rose cares she’s always happy with a genuine smile when we arrive to the office .Example my work schedule is crazy and she makes it easy for me to make my rent on time and with anything else she has amazing communication.
