Was kicked out for no reason from MEDICATION MANAGMENT! Without a warning, when all my refills are out. Have no way to refill my prescriptions now. Fy!
To be fair you know going in you’re going to be receiving services from unlicensed clinicians who are practicing under a licensed provider while they work towards licensure. That being said the providers are a mixed bag and my first experience with PMHW was excellent and I made great strides. However, the second experience was pretty bad, so much so that I never see myself going back to therapy and left me with this perception of PMHW as a greedy money grab and therapy as something invented to make a buck. The program is awesome and seemed really helpful and beneficial. Once you have finished though you don't mean anything to them. The aftercare support you might need is non existent. I went into the program needing medication management and help with stabilization. And now they've kicked me to the curb and I've lost my medication again. I'll find a way to keep myself safe but just know that they will not.
Mark Reck has been my care provider for the past couple of years and he has been such a fixture in my life. He has a great, calming vibe and has helped me through so much. I’ll definitely miss working with him as I move to Washington.
Office staff seem disorganized and will only communicate using the client portal and not email, which is very frustrating. I've also had my provider changed twice which is hard to continue my care. Fortunately I've found another practice where I can hopefully maintain continuity of care.
