I have been seeing Rachel for four years and have been impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and skills. Having a career that demands a lot of my aging body, I rely on Rachel to help keep my body balanced and more comfortable. Aimee is a gem!!! I’ve been having concentrated pain in a couple of different spots, and not only was her massage/service extremely effective, she also gave me excellent out patient/post massage advice, and showed me specific stretches that help me continue the work when I get home. She helped educate me about what I may be doing that are causing the problems, so I walked away with tangible knowledge that I can use day to day to improve my body. Highly recommend!!
