This team is outstanding. Jeff and his coworker installed a new microwave for me and the work was flawless (the prior installers nearly took down my cabinets and had to quit the job). Communication was great and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. 11/10 recommend. Look no further.
Picked up from Eastbank and installed washer and dryer. Friendly communication. Punctual. Team snaked lint out of vent and solved a tricky leveling issue with sloped 1908 basement floor. Would definitely call again!
Due to our dishwasher, giving out, followed by our clothes washer, followed by a warranty issue with the new clothes washer, Portland Installation has been to our home three times in the last three months. Jim was able to schedule delivery almost immediately each time, even two days before Christmas for the dishwasher. Jeff and his helper were timely, efficient, and most importantly friendly and helpful. In the appliance industry, this company stands out!
