It’s impossible to talk to a live person. I found the requirements impossible to find. Their application fees are more than most! It’s said in an email the application fees would be returned if we were not a match and that was not true either. No wonder this property has been empty for 90 days. Things were also wrong inside the house we saw but guess they will find them when the next person comes along.
Andrew and the team at Portland Homes are outstanding. Attention to details, transparency in contracts, and being there when you need them are things I expect and get with this team. I've recommended them to many friends and family.
The only thing they do well is collect and distribute monthly rent on time. Would have never bothered with contracted requirement of in-home inspection of my single home property if I hadn’t followed up on it multiple times over several months. Maintained covid social distancing as excuse, and claimed they planned to do virtual tour, to which they still never followed through on scheduling.
