I used to go to another lady for my hair extensions and after two weeks of brushing my hair or washing my hair, they would completely come undone. I 100% recommend Penelope — she turned my hot mess into pure luxury hair. I've had my hair extensions in since October and they have been sitting so well even when I got really sick and wasn't able to really get up out of bed and take care of them tbh I haven't been the best with taking care of them even when I'm not sick but even so they still look and feel incredible Penelope is amazing

I absolutely love my extensions! Penelope is truly an artist and very skilled with her craft. The extensions are very high quality and I did the keratin bond with Great Lengths. She matched my color perfectly as well. It has added length and fullness that was missing once I went into menopause. If you’ve been considering getting extensions, Penelope is amazing! The product she uses is the highest quality - everyone is surprised to learn I have extensions! She is so accommodating, and her shop is divine. I am so grateful to have found Penelope. The extensions have really done wonders for my self-esteem and I feel like I’m aging a little more gracefully with them.
