This is a great place to fix a windshield - very professional. Called me the night before my appt and said I could come in very early as someone would be working. Had me out of there in 2 hours and bill was $250 less than quoted due to easier than expected sensor calibration. A really great staff and facility. Thanks!!!
I had a custom glass table top made for my large wooden kitchen table. The team delivered it and did a great job with cleaning and placing it. Later when the service manager called to ask me if I was satisfied, I mentioned that the corners were sharp and I regretted not asking for it to be rounded. So they came back the very next day to sand it free of charge! I gave them permission to come into house to do it while I was gone. When I came back it was done with no mess left behind. Now I need my windshield replaced, but I won't be going back here. I dropped it off for a chip repair and went across the street for a drink. After waiting hours for a call, I returned. Nothing was done. Though I pointed out the star chip to repair, they did nothing because of a small crack on the edge, 3 ft away. I told them again to simply repair the chip, that the crack had been there for years and would not impact inspection. Fifteen minutes later (only minutes before closing) they advise me it's done.
