Cannot rate highly enough. Walked in with an irritation in my eye - I thought I might have scratched it after some ash went in. Jayson Ward greeted me ant the counter and saw me straight away after I explained what had happened. He throughly checked both eyes and removed a tiny piece of ash causing the irritation which brought immediate relief. He was very gentle and talked to me about what he was doing throughout the process. Excellent care and service!
