What an outstanding practice! While travelling to Tasmania, my left eye was a bit funny so I looked for an optometrist to make sure it was nothing serious. Sarah took all the time necessary to look at it in many ways before deciding that I probably had a small tear in the retina. Knowing that we had to catch the boat to Tasmania, she then spent ages on the phone arranging an appointment with a specialist in Geelong who I will see tomorrow. Cannot rate highly enough. Walked in with an irritation in my eye - I thought I might have scratched it after some ash went in. Jayson Ward greeted me ant the counter and saw me straight away after I explained what had happened. He throughly checked both eyes and removed a tiny piece of ash causing the irritation which brought immediate relief. He was very gentle and talked to me about what he was doing throughout the process. Excellent care and service!
