I needed a day surgery procedure today . I was appropriately anxious when I arrived . Everyone who helped me knew their role well, intake and prep was seamless and the anaesthetic nurse was a magician, he got a cannula into my vein almost painlessly .. I was assisted so well in theatre and informed about the procedure and follow ups during recovery .. I had been so upright about this whole thing but it's done now , they got me in and out as speedily as humanly possible which I needed for my carer responsibilities.. Thanks PD... read more
