Dr. Allred and his team are knowledgeable, patient, kind and went out of their way to answer all my questions. I have a complicated and complex medical history and I never felt I was bothering him. He wanted to make sure I felt comfortable moving forward and that I had all the information I needed. I have had 5 experiences with Dr. Allred over the last 9 years, with different children ages 3-5. He is always kind, thorough, and gentle. Wonderful experience for my son with autism. My eleven year old with special needs was very nervous but they were extremely patient with him through the whole process. They called ahead of time to see what he needed and what would make him more comfortable. Denise spent a good 45 minutes with me on the phone going over his special needs before the procedure. Anyone looking for an amazing and compassionate anesthesia experience must use Portland Dental Anesthesia. I have severe dental phobia and several heath issue that make anesthesia a challenge. Portland Dental Anesthesia was absolutely amazing every step of the way from the pre op to the post op and beyond. I highly recommend them for any of your dental anesthesia needs.
Dr Ryan and Denise are so knowledgeable, friendly, and reassuring. All of my daughter's concerns were treated respectfully and completely delt with. We had beyond a positive experience with them.
