I've lived here for a year now and all I can say is we've been through 3 maintenance men and nothings been fixed and all the things that were broken were broken before we even moved in here. Income based yet cost over 1500 to live here? With no amenities? The ones we do have are broken.My significant other and I have tried contacting the property manager yet it feels like we're completely ignored. It is not worth the price to live here. I have friend that stay here and every month they go up on the rent all the time and some people are on a fix income. Don't get me started on the maintenance. One of the tenant a/c unit was broken and they order a part and that tenant is still have no a/c they keep saying the part have not came in yet.
So not only do they not keep up with maintenance.. went like a good 3 weeks or more where trash didn't pick up but wanna slap notes on the door saying they'll charge $100 a bag left by your door..?? All blinds must remain closed at all times? We already paying $1400 and yall can't even do anything to upgrade these apartments that are 28 years old. But we can't lift a blind? Yall being petty
