Look elsewhere for services. Incompetent unfit leadership across the board, top down. Resources are extremely hard to exhaust. Takes years for them to get anything real, done. Why does it take months to get a simple maintenance repair done?

This "non-profit" does not take care of its properties and have made it dangerous for both tenants and their neighbors to live in or near the properties they own. They should not own the properties they do and the government needs to look at the misuse of their money. First, I need to start off by saying Andrea, the head administrator obviously does not know what she’s doing at all. It’s all sorts of issues going on with housing and housing repairs that need to be done that are not being addressed as her being the director she needs to get everything taken care of as soon as possible. She’s been on the job for 13 years And she is very inconsistent with her job duties not accomplish anything. Why is she even still here? That’s the question.

This company does not maintain their rental homes properly, leading to serious issues such as squatters and fire safety concerns. Several of their properties in residential neighborhoods have been left unmanaged and in poor condition, creating risks and negatively impacting the surrounding community. Their lack of oversight and responsibility is unacceptable for a property management company.
