Dishonest owner. Did not pay subs. Notice what others have written is what we went through also. Notice he went and started other businesses and even said on Vlog that he got out because he was chasing people for money. Work was subpar and he did not follow contractural guidelines like getting written permission for change orders. He was good at promising things with a straight face, turning out to be a lie. To others working with Kurt be careful.

STAY AWAY! Our project was small and therefore Kurt did not feel it was necessary to pay close attention to it. Never created a contract for me, never gave me the disclosures that are required by the Contracting Board for anything over $5000. First day I came in and there was a giant hole in the wall that I had not agreed to, but simply discussed. That should have been my first clue to run away.
