This place has really earned the one star from me. My original experience having my car in with them for several repairs was very rocky. I was having a problem with my car starting and had it into the shop three times before they solved the problem. I was charged each time for the work they did that didn't fix the problem, until I called and demanded they fix the problem or refund me entirely.
