they refused to see my dog, their patient. we took her to Franklin to dr Crocker, who had never seen us and worked her in. we later had to put her down. maybe it could of made it a bit easier if her dr had cared
RecommendedOur cat Sox had stones he was not able to pass & we noticed some minor bleeding. After a trip to Portland Animal Hospital, they confirmed it was indeed stones. They put a catheter in and monitored him. They kept us in the loop every day and even allowed us to come visit. When the doctor noticed another blockage after the removal of the catheter he recommended a surgery. I've taken cats there multiple times and have never had an issue. Doctors/nurses seem to do a great job. Would recommend.
Please no negative comments. I think we need some blessings and this was one for us. I would like to praise Portland Animal Clinic. Our Titan was very sick,after 2 visits he is almost back to normal. They listened with concern and saved his life. Jimmy and I both were scared he was not going to make it. Thank You from a future customer that had never been to you until this. I love the compassion y’all showed us.
My miniature poodle was attacked by two Rottweilers today. I called the animal hospital and told them that I had my dog wrapped and couldn't see the wounds in fear of unwrapping her and hurting broken bones/open wounds but there was a lot of blood and she was losing responsiveness. Our four-legged family members are very much members of our family. We moved from southern Sumner County to northern Sumner County a year ago, and it is vaccination re-up time. Such kind and compassionate staff. They were so patient, understanding, and gentle in explaining things to me and made my sweet kitty, Olive, as comfortable as possible in her last moments on this Earth. Thank you Portland Animal Hospital for all that you've done. Losing a loved one is never easy, but it certainly helps to have a good, safe place to turn to with a staff you like and trust.
