I recently had a wonderful experience at Portland Allergy & Asthma. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The office is professional and well-organized, but what truly stood out to me was the warmth of the front desk staff. Michelle and Jenika are absolutely amazing. Veronica was absolutely wonderful!! I was having a great deal of anxiety over Venom testing and she made me feel very relaxed and welcomed!!
Called to schedule appointment and they put me on hold forever then yelled at me called me a name and hung up didn’t want to s heduoe because I’m self pay not insurance was her reason , wouldn’t let me talk to manager . I won’t go there !!!
The staff here are amazing. I never have issues. The receptionists are very polite & thorough. The MAs and NPs are great! Very friendly. Thrilled to have picked them as my clinic to go to!
I gave the low rating because of the amount of wasted time. I spent so much time filling out the technologically out-dated forms when half of them didn't apply. The forms are very specific about showing up 30 minutes before or you risk a cancele appointment and still say I need to wear a mask but no one was. It already took a long time to get this appointment. I had to pull my child out of school. We got there 30 minutes early even though I had already submitted the forms by email.
